Made up of"long term"professionals, Champion Realty Title is dedicated to making the settlement of your home a pleasant and comfortable experience. Our full-service staff includes processors, settlement officers, and an attorney with over two decades of"hands on"real estate law experience.

We cover most Maryland counties and will hold settlement wherever is most convenient for the Buyer and Seller. Our job is to coordinate the settlement process. We act as a liaison between the agents, buyers, sellers and mortgage companies. We order and examine both the title search and location surveys to insure the seller's right to transfer the property and that there are no violations or encroachments. The lender's guidelines are followed in submitting required documents, preparing the title insurance binder and performing the actual settlement.

Settlement Officers

Settlement officers are your point of contact throughout the entire process. They explain in layman's terms any questions that may arise during the process, the actual settlement and the post settlement period.
